For all monogrammed or personalised embroidered orders we do not accept returns unless it is damaged or faulty.
If your order is not personalised and you've simply changed your mind and would like to exchange it for a different colour or size please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned within a further 10 days of emailing. Return shipping must be trackable and at the customer's expense.
